We went through 3 sessions of blind taste-testing to find a blend that would round off a great meal and compliment the world-class desserts offered at the Canoe Club.
Combining the smooth, rich chocolatey character of Brazil Santos and the earthy, fruity notes of Ethiopian Harrar with a deft touch of snap and smoke from an infusion of dark roasted Colombian Supremo and Sumatra Mandheling, you have a cup that delivers a satisfying taste that lingers savoringly on the palette minutes after the last drop is gone.
